What's the minimum order value?
The minimum delivery amount is £20. This does not include your delivery fee of £3.50
Do you accept card payments?
Yes! We accept card paymets both online at the time of order and in person on delivery (however in person does attract a 2% charge)
Is there a limit to how much I can order?
There is no limit to how much you can order however, we only keep a certain number of certain items in stock. For very large orders it is always best to speak directly with one of our team or on LiveChat.
Will you deliver to me if I am outside of your delivery area?
We may be able to deliver to you, however there are several factors governing this. Please call us to make your order and our team will be able to go through everything and make sure we have enough delivery staff to get to you efficiently or message us via the LiveChat online or via our social media at www.facebook.com/soireedrinks
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes, however you may have to meet our driver at your hotel reception due to security and wellbeing of both our staff and the other hotel guests.
Can you deliver to a public space?
Yes however, a deposit may be asked for at the time of order. If a cash order is chosen then our team will call ahead to ask for a deposit should the location be remote.
How long will my delivery take?
We generally specify between 45 and 60 minutes for delivery from when the order is accepted. However this has been done with 10 -15 minutes if we have a staff member in the area.
Do you stock other products?
Yes we do, our warehouse contains a vast array of alcohol brands, please contact our team for special requests and they will only be too happy to help.
Can you deliver gas bottles?
We only deliver draught gas to licenced venues and events. Please contact our team for more details or speak to us via LiveChat
How much ice can I order?
We stock 1000kg of ice in our depot for delivery. This is replenished daily, however if you require a large ice order please book this with us asap to avoid dissapointment.
